In her previous role as founder, CEO, and president of WBE Traffic Control, Inc., Charity built the company into one of Northern California’s leading traffic control companies, working directly with utilities, municipalities, prime contractors, and private companies. Under her leadership, WBE grew to employ approximately 300 people before its successful acquisition by Right Traffic in 2025.

An entrepreneur, mother, and former trauma therapist, Charity brings experience in both understanding people and building the systems needed to operate a growing company. Her background connects communication, team development, organizational structure, and business execution.

At AANCS, Charity focuses on organizational restructuring, business systems analysis, and leadership support. She helps business owners assess workflows, clarify responsibilities, strengthen administrative processes, and improve coordination between leadership, office teams, and field operations.

Her approach combines attention to people with the practical demands of running a business—creating clear responsibilities, consistent processes, and systems that support growth.

Aaron brings more than 25 years of experience in the utility industries, spanning power, civil construction, and communications. His career has progressed from hands-on field construction to operational management and executive leadership.

His experience combines construction expertise with a focus on growing revenue and improving net margins. He connects business development and commercial strategy with field execution, helping companies strengthen productivity, control costs, and improve profitability.

At AANCS, Aaron provides construction and operational consulting, including evaluation of construction methods, emerging techniques, constructability, project planning, and delivery strategies. His recommendations reflect direct experience with the practical challenges of utility infrastructure work.

Aaron also provides litigation support, incident investigation, and expert witness services for matters involving utility damage, construction incidents, project execution, and contract disputes. His support includes reviewing project records and site documentation, examining incident circumstances and construction practices, and communicating technical findings to clients and legal teams.
